Recently ....

.... my depression lifted.  For the first time in years, I felt good.  Last day or two, it's returned.  Mild, but very present.  I know that it is a sine wave, with littler sine waves on top of that, so I shouldn't be surprised.  But I always am.  It always catches me by surprise.   Stupid.

There was an article in today's Guardian which says depression might be due to an allergic reaction.  Wouldn't that be nice: fix up your allergies and you'll be happy!
