Exercise
I know I should go down to the pool and swim my 30 lengths, to keep fit, to keep healthy and to help lose weight. But .... I don't enjoy it. The pool is usually full, so that I have to share a lane with one, sometimes two ppl. The chlorine makes my skin itch. It's so boring. It's something I have to do. One of the musts. And there are so many of them.
This is the kind of cozzie I wear, or else the squarecut, also from Adidas . Only I don't look like this guy!
